今日は、お父さんとコンビニに行きました。
Today, I went to a convenience store with my dad.
「おかし、一つだけ買っていいよ。」
“You can choose one snack,” he said.
「いいの？ありがとう！」
“Really? Thank you!” I said.
おかしのコーナーに行きました。
We went to the snack section.
おかしがたくさん並んでいます。
There were many snacks.
「どれもおいしそう！迷うなあ……。」
“They all look so good! I can’t decide…”
「これにしようかな、……それとも……うーん……」
“Maybe this one… or that one… hmm…”
「うん、決めた！お父さん、これがいい！」
“OK, I decided! Dad, I want this one!”
お父さんは、おかしを買ってくれたあと、
My dad bought the snack for me, and then,
小さな声で言いました。
he whispered softly,
「お母さんには、秘密だよ。」
“Don’t tell your mom. It’s a secret.”
