家の近くの公園のすみに、青いベンチがあります。
In a corner of the park near my house, there is a blue bench.
昔からある、古いベンチです。
It’s an old bench that has been there for a long time.
朝は、すべり台で遊ぶ子どもがいます。
In the morning, children play on the slide.
その近くで、お母さんがベンチに座ります。
Nearby, mothers sit on the bench and watch them.
お昼には、近くで働く人がベンチに座って、お弁当を食べます。
At lunchtime, people who work nearby sit on the bench and eat their lunch.
ここには、いつもだれかがいます。
There is always someone here.
夕方、私もそのベンチに座って、水を飲みました。
I sat on the bench too and drank some water.
特別なベンチではありません。
It’s nothing special.
でも、ここに座ると、少し、気持ちが落ちつきます。
But when I sit here, I feel a little calmer.
