Welcome — I’m Harune Mochizuki (陽音).
I’m a native Japanese speaker who loves sharing soft, gentle Japanese stories.
I sometimes read picture books to children as part of a local school volunteer program —
and through A Cup of Japanese, I now want to share that same warmth and rhythm with you.
What is “A Cup of Japanese”?
This project offers short, easy Japanese stories with soft pacing and natural expressions —
like a cozy cup of tea shared between friends.
Each story is co-written with an AI partner, blending human warmth and quiet imagination.
Together, we write, edit, and record gentle moments of Japanese language and culture.
The stories are mainly designed for JLPT N5–N4 learners,
but can also be enjoyed by anyone who loves soft, natural Japanese.
