帰かえり道みち、近所きんじょの公園こうえんに寄よってみました。
On my way home, I stopped by a nearby park.

夜よるの公園こうえんは、とても静しずかでした。
The park at night was very quiet.

ぽつんとついた明あかりが、遊具ゆうぐをほのかに照てらしていました。
A single light softly lit up the playground equipment.

私は、小ちいさいころよく遊あそんだブランコに座すわりました。
I sat on the swing I used to play on when I was little.

ゆっくり足あしを動うごかすと、ぎい……と、小ちいさな音おとがしました。
As I slowly moved my feet, I heard a soft creaking sound.

涼すずしい風かぜが、頬ほおをやさしくなでました。
A cool breeze gently touched my cheek.

その風かぜの音おとに、子こどもの声こえを思おもい出だしました。
The sound of the wind reminded me of a child’s voice.

ブランコを降おりて、立たち上あがりました。
I got off the swing and stood up.

今度こんどの休やすみに、また子こどもと一緒いっしょに来こよう。
Next time we have a day off, I’ll come here again with my child.

そう思おもいながら、家いえに向むかって歩あるき出だしました。
Thinking that, I started walking home.
