今日は、お母さんとお出かけします。
Today, I’m going out with my mom.
初めて、バスに乗ります。
It’s my first time riding a bus.
「次は、さくら公園、さくら公園。
お降りの方は、ボタンでお知らせください。」
“Next stop, Sakura Park, Sakura Park.
If you are getting off, please press the button.”
バスのアナウンスが聞こえました。
I heard the announcement on the bus.
私は、ドキドキしながら言いました。
I said nervously,
「お母さん、ボタン、押していい？」
“Mom, can I press the button?”
ピッと押すと、ランプが光りました。
I pressed it—beep!—and the light turned on.
「次、止まります」と聞こえました。
Then I heard, “Next stop.”
バスがゆっくり止まりました。
The bus slowly came to a stop.
私は、運転手さんにあいさつをして、バスを降りました。
I said thank you to the driver and got off the bus.
